Good customer service. Food texture can be improved. Reviewed on 8th Sep 2021 Verified Purchase Generally, saltiness of food is just right. The texture of the food can be improved. Fried beancurd and fried fish dumplings tasted rather hard. However, customer service is excellent. Delivery was too early and no value for money. Reviewed on 26th Sep 2021 Verified Purchase Delivery was as early as 3.30 pm for my tingkat dinner order. Food was mostly below my expectations as dishes were generally bland. Fish filet was given almost each time for fish in the menu. Not value for money at all. Will not order again from ... Good Family Caterer Reviewed on 4th Oct 2021 Verified Purchase Overall satisfactory and a good variety of dishes with occasional processed food. The dishes and soup are just nice to my liking and not too oily or salty. Vegetables are also tasty and not overcooked. We get some nice seafood (fish and prawns) once ... More a while. Good for families with young children. Delivery is on time and consistent. Dishes are packed in good quality microwavable boxes (better than the usual plastic ones from other tingkat providers. Picture attached). Value for money. Repeated my order for another 20 days.
