Decent food for the price Reviewed on 11th Apr 2023 Verified Purchase Food is decent on most days, but somehow the taste gets repetitive even when there's different dishes, maybe the sauce and style is the same. But still, one of the cheapest option and its value for money. Dinner Tingkat (20 Days, 3 Dishes + Soup OR 4 Dishes) First time ordering from merchant: No Will recommend this merchant: Yes

Hewtop Caterer is my the best choice, on time and nice food. Reviewed on 26th Mar 2023 Verified Purchase We have never been disappointed by the cuisine at Hewtop Caterer. The portion is adequate, not overly oily and salty, and suitable for elderly persons; I order for my mother, who enjoys it greatly. I attempted ordering from other caterers after a ... More while but returned to Hewtop Caterer because my mother still prefers their dishes. I will keep ordering it. Within expectation but with room for improvement to be made Reviewed on 14th Mar 2023 Verified Purchase The food and service were up to my expectation over the last 20 days. However, on one occasion, they delivered the wrong order that came with a soup instead of the 4 dish as per my order. Although, this was compensated with one more dish the next ... More day, but the additional dish was only delivered 2 days after the incident as claimed the driver forgot to pick-up the additional dish. On another occasion, the dinner was delivered at 610pm, which was very close to the unsafe consumption cut-off time of 630pm. No compensation was made for this late delivery but only offer a verbal apology on this incident. Overall, the service can be better in terms of packing the right order for customer and on time delivery for better experience to the customer.
