Hock Hoe Heng Catering

All types of food were Fresh and delicious food. I expecially like the cereal prawns. They are fresh and well cooked. The Yam Paste is thick and good. It is not too sweet and the coconut milk is thick. I especially like the packing provided. All the food were packed in two insulated containers to keep warm. Well done, Hock Hoe Heng.

The food came on time asn my guests love the food. It was delicious. The food was warm too. Good selection of food items.

Overall food is good. things to improve on, probably qty of food like meat (herbal chicken) can be slightly more. Herbal chicken is nice. honey dew sago the sago abit hard.
delivery is on time.

Food is general nice except Pipa Roast Duck(a bit dry and hard).
Hakka Pork Ribs and Yam Paste were liked by almost everyone.
Do not provide trash bag. :(

Overall I am pleased with the food. Quantity was sufficient especially the rice was abundant. Rice not much taste but ok as it is to go with the other dishes. The cereal prawn was fresh and yummy with sufficient cereal and broccoli mushroom was executed well too. Delivery was about 25 mins late but at least they inform me a bit early about the delay due to traffic so still ok lah.

The food this time round wasn’t great as compared to the previous time I ordered. The pineapple rice and prawn roll and Vege are nice but the rest are not so good especially the sweet and sour pork! It tastes horrible. Please be more consistent in your catering food.

Food was fantastic, everyone enjoyed the food especially the dessert - yam paste. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to cater local cuisine.

Quantity for side dishes smaller than the carbs, so the vegetable dishes and side dishes were polished too soon. No frills - no self heating, limited cutlery and prepare your own scoop for curry

All the food was fantastic the guests enjoy it alot, the vege curry can be cook with more taste which will make all the dishes perfect.

Sweet and sour pork and chicken curry is good. Otah taste like fish cake. Portion is quite small for 15pax but luckily my guests are all small eaters.
