Hong Choo Pte Ltd

This was my first time ordering from Hong Choo, and I am highly satisfied. The variety of dishes was impressive, and the food was fresh and flavorful. The portions were sufficient to feed three people, including my teenage son. Notably, this is the only provider that serves fish dishes that taste truly delicious. I will definitely order from them again

Repeated order, good standard. Always on time and no msg taste.
Package with no leak. Good customer service on reminding when cycle is about to ends. Nice.

Delivery time for dinner acceptable though early within 3.30-4.30pm, but mostly cold. Expected dinner quantity/quality substantial - twice/per week would hv 2 chicken wings dish, and repeated weekly. I'm elderly and not kid, neither a fan of chicken wing. 2nd last dish 'Chickadee Day' - from chicken wings to frozen chicken soup... Quality of ingredients could be better use less frozen.
On the whole dishes signal a sense of cook's lethargy.

So far, Hong Choo has always delivered to my expectations - be it on their reliability, the quality of food, quantity of food and customer service. I will continue to order from Hong Choo.

Like the variety of food so far. The dishes are not repeated much for 20 days. Food is to our liking, not too salty but well seasoned. Delivery is also on time.

Quite often the fish ball soup tends to be too salty, even add on glass noodle no avail, only more water will end up less taste soup of the day.

Food are okay but sometime certain dishes are salty and a bit oily. Hope can have less processed food as is unhealthy.

Food is ok, except for the items I dislike (see above). To imp87rove steam eggs, add bits of salt eggs abd century eggs. To improve steam pork, add bits of salt fish. Can fry sunny side up eggs instead of scrambling eggs all the time.
