Hong Choo Pte Ltd

Food standard has steadily dropped since the first time ordering. Only redeeming are their soups but please opt out of their organ soups which can be funky in taste.

Dishes served like home cook food. Fish is well cooked and fresh, thumbs up. However, a couple of days where ingredients used are the same as previous days, an improvement area.

Was initially hesitant to order from Hong Choo as this is a no-menu tingkat. There is fish once or twice a week. Ingredients are typically fresh, taste is good and I like that there's no MSG. However the 4th dish is often processed food. Meat portions are generally adequate, except for 1 or 2 days. Will be good if there is more variety in the type of vegetables. Delivery is around 3.30pm to 4 pm. Delivery man follows instructions on contactless delivery and to ring doorbell. Net price increase again going forward.

Decently generous serving size. Tastes pretty good and has a variety. Pleasantly surprised by the fish dishes. The 4th dish has been pretty good too (not as processed as some caterers).

The food portion not enough for 1 pax, hope they are more generous in their serving. Sometimes, only give 3 stalk cauliflower for one dish. Not enough.

This is a few times repeated purchase. Service and delivery is fine. Food standard can be inconsistent at times. Generally it is still okay. Room for improvement.

Wanted to give 3.5/5 for food taste and flavour. Food taste were just alright but nothing special. There were hit and miss days, frequently miss than hit, like braised chicken / pork has been the frequent dish (2-3 days in a week). 4th dish were always fried / finger foods. The only thing I appreciate was that green vegetables was received fresh and green, there's a fish dish once a week.

Delivery was around 4-4.30 around Hougang area.

Repeat orders, one of the better service caterers, even their delivery staff are very polite! Food wise nothing to complain and reasonably priced.

Delicious food and excellent service. We never get sick of the food and look forward to the daily delivery. Although sometimes the food portion is a bit small, overall very happy with the food quality and will continue.
