Food is fairly good compared to a few others. I think they do not use much MSG/Salt. However food do come really early, usually around 2 to 3pm.
Problem, have gravy leaked out of the plastic bag and dirty the floor outside my house.. would be better if you could fix this problem

Food portion is good for 2 pax, but downside is they send at 2plus pm so food need to be placed in the fridge upon receiving. Another downside, customer service wise- i feel they can improve a bit. Tonality not so friendly. But overall, i enjoy the food. Some of the favourite dishes are the Rendang Chicken and Harlock prawn. Soup rather bland hence got them to change to 4 dishes instead.

First experience with Tingkat ordering and is satisfied with the food. There is good variety and food is not too salty. Would be better if the food comes nearer to dinnertime.

Yes the dishes are not bad. My daughter loves the chicken dishes but egg dishes were abit marshy instead of one whole piece. Overall they were good. Great job, keep up the good work, Jessie catering

The dishes were tasty and the variety was great. Quality ingredients are used and portion was generous.

The tingkat dishes are quite nice. Service is good and friendly too. Flexible enough to postpone two days for the trial at the last minute.
