Another order from Foodline!................................
Repeatedly ordered from the same catering company. .................................................
Monotone
Well the food became monotone after some times, especially the chicken dish. I have chicken every day..............
Tired of similar tasting chicken dish
The chicken item for lunch menu tasted more or less the same, either fried or stewed with gravy that tasted the same. Tired of it hence switching to another caterer that is non-halal. Really missed pork dishes.
Seemingly good caterer, but badly subcontracted to other.
I rarely give bad review due to my tolerance to food standards, but sadly I have to give this honest review with the hope that the catering can improve in the future.
We were choosing this catering due to generally good review, able to deliver to our location.
When order was approved, we got notified that we are assigned to Xiang’s catering. We thought that it’s just another sister catering of Jessie’s catering. On our first day of order, we were surprised to find out that Xiang’s catering deliver Halal food. We don’t mind eating halal food, but for chinese food, we would prefer the non-halal option. The food was delivered on-time, however there’s no menu sheet given with the order (perhaps because it was Wednesday), so we have no clue what to expect for the rest of the week. The first day impression was not great for us because the vegetables (cabbage) looked really pale and the 4th dish (siew mai) has smelled a bit.
Attached are images for orders from day 2 - 5. We only received menu sheet on our day 4 (Monday). Overall, we are concerned on a few things:
- 3 out of 5 seasonal vegetables are cabbages
- 2 out of 3 chicken dishes uses boned chicken (seems to be drumstick), and the bones are crushed and remained on the gravy (we accidentally bite on some of them.
- what listed in the menu didn’t match the actual (prawn tempura with mayo was served with thai sauce, some mistranslation left us thinking that we are getting fried shrimp where it is actually tofu with shrimp)
We engaged another caterer for Lunch during our trial and it has much better value with cheaper price (GST included). We just want to share this review with the hope that Jessie’s catering would review and revisit their subcontracted catering to ensure the quality and service in the future. Otherwise, it will be very hard to recommend them to others.

Value for money, the portion is just right for two person.
The delivery was always early (around 3pm) so need to refrigerated the food, otherwise can't keep till dinner time.
Just another order
Just too early as my place is the first delivery point. Can it re-route to my place become the last delivery point before heading back to your kitchen?
Value-For-Money And Healthy Dinner Tingkat For All To Enjoy!
We have been ordering from Jessie Catering for months now - kept renewing the 20 days (4 dishes + 1 soup) option.
Jessie Catering was a really safe option - less oily, less salty (as compared to a few other Tingkat caterers which we tried before).
The standard remains throughout our months of orders. We will definitely recommend this tingkat caterer!

Reliable dinner delivery
Though this is not a halal caterer, they seem to only provide chicken meat, that is no pork. This is a negative factor for my family. Otherwise, delivery timing has been consistent despite very early at 230pm for dinner. Food wise is very home meal type and portion is generous except for meat. Meat variety can be improved too, as someone has mentioned - a lot of times is soya sauce type chicken. Can give it a try if you don’t mind.
Food quality declined. Food used to be better in the past
We were customers of jessie catering for more than 9 months, but these last 2 wks dishes have been getting more and more disappointing. Perhaps we have gotten used to the chefs' cooking.

Can consider serving boneless chicken dishes?
The packaging can be improved and ensured sealed properly to prevent spillage.
