Don't understand why the vendor can't acknowledge the order via email and insisted voice call.. Everything now is either via email, whatapps or even an app to get thing done, but this vendor definitely has to improve its order processing process. Even using SMS is not a good option now as many people are now subscribing SIM only plan....

The food was warm when received and it is not too salty and oily. i have been ordering tingkat from Jessie's catering for the past 3 months and will continue to do so.

First order from Jessie Catering, 4 dishes with a rice, portion are good for a person, value for money!

Good portions and not salty. Mum likes.
Good selection without being predictable.
Would be nice to have a day of vegetarian meal.

I'm a returning customer. Been ordering through jessie catering for 3rd or 4th time already, each time I order for 20 days. Dishes are not extravagant but they are simple local dishes, but tasty, nutritious and not too oily. My kids love them!

Delicious and value for money CNY set. Family loved the food. Delivery came early. Everyone enjoyed the meal.

Taste of food average, portion not much, delivery timing for dinner too early,2-4pm,if can adjust the timing would be good.

The Hong Kong Style Red Snapper Fillet 港式红哥哩鱼片
was horribly salty and beyond consumption. Not sure what happened to the cooking but the entire pot of fillet were thrown away as it was inedible. Set up was very basic with no deco at all and utensils were not set up properly too. Very average food, will not repurchase again.

Tasty, delivery on time, good customer service. Sometimes repeated menus, but overall quite ok. Price and portion ok. Veggies can be improved.

The noodles were tasty but overcooked, totally softened.
The prawns were not fresh.
Foods were not hot when first received.
We hope that more improvements can be done in future and our guests affected due to the 2 points ( noodles & prawns)
