There are times where the cauliflower came sour however none of us became sick so I close 1 eye. MANY times it came leaking, dripping the gravy my front door. Overall, its okay.

OK experience. Food was just about decent for 2 pax for some of the food.
Can consider serving boneless chicken dishes?
The packaging can be improved and ensured sealed properly to prevent spillage.

I rarely give bad review due to my tolerance to food standards, but sadly I have to give this honest review with the hope that the catering can improve in the future.

We were choosing this catering due to generally good review, able to deliver to our location.

When order was approved, we got notified that we are assigned to Xiang’s catering. We thought that it’s just another sister catering of Jessie’s catering. On our first day of order, we were surprised to find out that Xiang’s catering deliver Halal food. We don’t mind eating halal food, but for chinese food, we would prefer the non-halal option. The food was delivered on-time, however there’s no menu sheet given with the order (perhaps because it was Wednesday), so we have no clue what to expect for the rest of the week. The first day impression was not great for us because the vegetables (cabbage) looked really pale and the 4th dish (siew mai) has smelled a bit.

Attached are images for orders from day 2 - 5. We only received menu sheet on our day 4 (Monday). Overall, we are concerned on a few things:
- 3 out of 5 seasonal vegetables are cabbages
- 2 out of 3 chicken dishes uses boned chicken (seems to be drumstick), and the bones are crushed and remained on the gravy (we accidentally bite on some of them.
- what listed in the menu didn’t match the actual (prawn tempura with mayo was served with thai sauce, some mistranslation left us thinking that we are getting fried shrimp where it is actually tofu with shrimp)

We engaged another caterer for Lunch during our trial and it has much better value with cheaper price (GST included). We just want to share this review with the hope that Jessie’s catering would review and revisit their subcontracted catering to ensure the quality and service in the future. Otherwise, it will be very hard to recommend them to others.

Food is tasty, except the soup is getting bland lately. The portion is also minimal based on pax. E.g. 2 pax gets 4 fishballs. Not for big eaters. I also find this current week's chicken dishes are all similar in taste and cooking style. Getting a bit lazy in the creativity....

I also received the dinner at 3 plus pm. Twice missing rice. They compensated by giving me an extra dinner meal when I called in on 2nd occasion.

As recommended by buddy thus we decided to order strict 10D lunch tingkat from Jessie. However the food menu totally not fantastic and it reach us as early as 0930 where we wish we could allow to terminate the package on second day, go tabao from kopitiam which serve hot and favorite choice of food. Highlights: I caught a few times that the cooked vege did not wash properly (photo as attached), and they always serve cabbage, bean spout, eggplant. These are definitely NO to a breastfeeding mom.

Do not recommend as I did not get any value food for the price we pay. Our Order for dinner buy food was delivered at 2pm. It may be my place is near the kitchen, therefore, first to receive the food. We ate the food as our lunch as it is too early for dinner.

Food is okay, not too bland. Food is not that salty or oily either. There is quite a variety of food

1 set for 10pax. only got 8 friends and food is not enough.
Food is very very cold. My worst catering.
I have to order extra food delivery for my guests.

1) It is like buying 10 sets of mee siam worth $2.50 from hawker stall. (small portion of Meehoon+half egg+taopoh+chives+lime)

Gravy is individual pack in plastic bag like hawker stall, and is very very cold.
From photo, mee siam is packed in 2 container. Mee siam in a 1/3 separate container. below 2/3 is the gravy bag. Every guest need to open own plastic bag, pour the mee siam & gravy into container.

- Mee siam can be separately pack. Suggest should put all Gravy in a big container, not plastic bag, easier for heat-up and guests to scoop into their mee siam.

2) 10 buns+10 slices of pork, 1 each. (very very cold)
Taste is ok

3) 12 chicken mid wings. (half chicken wing). 1each+4 extra
Taste is ok

4) Broccoli just enough (i always have veg left over for all my buffet, first time seeing all finished)
Taste is ok

5) Desert + 2 bottles green tea
Desert is the only nice. Nice with sweet potato, white fungus, ginko in a longan soup base.

Food quantity is little and not flavor, will not order again! It is the worst caterer I have ordered from.
