The food is halal and comes from another caterer- this is not clear before purchase. Food tends to have more fried items. This is especially when the "No fish with bones" option is selected, which basically became fried fish chunks for all the fish dishes. The chicken dishes mostly come with bones. Some sauces are bland and watered. Potato cubes are quite hard. Vegetable dishes are not bad. Delivery is very early at 2pm, which means the food is cooked much earlier.
The dishes look very pathetic especially the vegetable is the same everyday and yellowish. Not recommended and I personally will not order from this caterer again.
A reliable consistent operator with deliveries punctual, though a bit early. It demonstrates empathy in skipping meals especially for emergency medical reasons.
Daily soup is salty, usually one cup water is added to dilute. Chicken skins are seen floating on top the soup, and too many skins in chicken dishes to bulk up. Dory fish is staple, though somewhat soft appeared 'uncooked' and fishy occasionally. However, get to eat prawns weekly. Tastey processed food items form quite a percentage of the menu.
Overall it is budget friendly offering simple cooked homestyle meals for those prioritising price and healthiness over gourmet variety.
I must say the lady Michelle is SUPER rude and lazy. She talks to you like you owe her something. I sent email to her to inform that my dishes were served with chilli. She insisted that she is right many times even without checking the photos I shared. Recently the same thing happen again and food came with traces of chilli. We tasted that they are spicier than usual however she insisted there were no chilli added as the pure ingredients is just baked beans and tomato sauce. She straight in her face told me that 11 people tasted not spicy and children for my case not counted as tester. I was like these are mainly for my kids not me. Previously we don't have such issue but this recent renewal is giving us problem.
Instead of helping to resolved it, she insisted all the way and talk rudely. This is very bad customer service.

For the current meal that you received, I can confirm that no chili or spicy ingredients were included in your food. Since we prepare meals in large batches, the same dish is provided to all clients who request "no spicy," and we’ve not received similar complaints from other customers regarding the spice level. Variety of dishes offered could be expanded to cater to different tastes and preferences. Overall, while the timely delivery was a positive aspect, enhancing the portion sizes and improving the selection would greatly enhance the dining experience
Soup is not concentrated, would say quite diluted. Almost everyday food has fried foods. Looks at the minced meat with potato picture, don't see any minced meat and sometimes food portion is not consistent. Foods portion is not enough for feed 3 pax.
