Decided to try their 5 day tingkat service and I am impressed by the variety, portion and quality of dishes. For the price, food is simple but tasty and well-executed. There was a great variety of green leafy vegetables in our tingkat trial for this week and with the exception of Thursday where the meals were average, all other dishes in the week were excellent. I love the sealing used for their soup containers which ensured no leaks into the plastic bag. Customer service was great too as I got a call confirming my order requirements the same day I placed it.

The only concern is that they delivered the meals really early. I received my dinner order at 2+! Good thing we were home this week so we could put the meals in the fridge and reheat them later.

Portion is generous and food is generally tasty, but they can try to cut down on fried items. each meal typically comes with at least one item of fried food.

Delivery has been getting later and nearer to 6pm lately. Food taste good and of good value. They gave plenty of vegetables. Still have the same problem of small pieces of shattered bones occasionally.

Food not salty most times. Value for money and healthy with fishes served generously in two consecutive days

Seasonal vegetable dishes all received in yellow and dull looking, food are either tasteless or too salty. Dinner tingkat was delivered everyday at 2.30pm.

This caterer their sesame chicken is the best I ever eaten, legit got standard. Renew 3 times already very glad that they keep up their service and food standard

Jessie Catering is always consistent and reliable with delivery and the food, which is a big plus. Recommended.

Food is getting boring after a few months. Fried fish is bad since a big chunk of it is flour. It's like 80% flour, 20% meat most of the time. There were good days where the meat can be seen though but rare. Prawns are disappointing too, usually no fresh so it melts and smells.
Overall, I guess it's okay for the convenience and timely delivery.

The delivery is punctual, entire process is smooth and fluent. The portion is good. Very good experience
