Food was ok. Been ordering for more than a month already and while some dishes are good, some are a miss.

The delivery was always prompt and the customer service was good. When I highlighted that my request was different from the previous order, they were quick to rectify it.

We have renewed our dinner tingkat. Food was not oily or too salty, and food quality was consistently maintained. The timing for my area is rather early at 2.30pm.

Food is nice and kids friendly. Soup is delicious but will be nicer if have more variety. Portion is more than enough.

First time ordering. Cooking is good like home cooked style and portion is generous. Will continue to order from Jessie

Food delivered was still warm. The meat variety is good. But the vegetables can have more variety otherwise good.

Food Delivery is always on time. Soup is delicious and there is prawn almost every week. Like its variety.

The portion is good for 2 pax. I like the variety of the dishes. Taste is good as well. This is one of the best options for home cooked food and value for money. Room for improvement on the dishes is less oily and not to have 2 deep fried items in a meal as i received one sweet and sour fish and deep fried chicken during one of the days for my 5 days order. Hope that the caterer will review this. Other than this, overall is good!

Tingkat pricing is competitive and quantity was sufficient for 4 pax. Caterer makes effort to reduce usage of oil and salt in most dishes, which makes the food healthier.

The portion for one person was just nice. Only assam fish a little dry. Will order again but would prefer to be packed in metal tingkat rather than plastic containers.
