Food was delivered on time each day and customer service is extremely prompt. Out of all 10 days, only the menu on one of the days was not great but overall the whole tingkat experience was enjoyable. Recommended as it is value for money and service and delivery is reliable.

Food overall was ok but just that we have received 3 ocassions that the soup was spolit. The food reached us around 5.30 pm - 5.45pm. We have heated up the food immediately but unfortunately, the soup had turned bad.
Another area - the soup can be quite salty at times. Hope this can be improved.

Prawns are still consistently not fresh.
Price is still as reasonable as 1 year ago.
Will still continue to order for the consistent delivery timing.

The food is always different, not their soup fan. Bland. If you are someone who likes mixture of meat, i wouldn't recommend this. As they only serve chicken and fish. The fish is always the same kind, just different type of sauce.

Repeated customer.Ordered it one month post confinement to ease load from caring baby . Other than the vegetable being slightly bitter, the rest of the food is decent , tasty and nutritious. Portion also quite substantial for 2 pax, but for 3 pax maybe a bit too little.

Has ordered quite a few times and it’s really value for money. However the food portion is getting smaller as compared to the first time I ordered.
