We tasted that they are spicier than usual however she insisted there were no chilli added as the pure ingredients is just baked beans and tomato sauce. She straight in her face told me that 11 people tasted not spicy and children for my case not counted as tester. I was like these are mainly for my kids not me. We’ve since corrected this error in our system, and I’m happy to hear that you were satisfied with the compensation provided at that time. For the current meal that you received, I can confirm that no chili or spicy ingredients were included in your food. Since we prepare meals in large batches, the same dish is provided to all clients who request "no spicy," and we’ve not received similar complaints from other customers regarding the spice level. That being said, I absolutely understand your concern, especially when it comes to ensuring that meals are suitable for your children. The red color you noticed is likely due to the ketchup and tomato sauce used in the preparation, which can sometimes give the dish a vibrant appearance that may be misinterpreted as being spicy.
