We understand your concern ... Moreabout the recent $100 price increase. Please allow us to explain that this adjustment works out to less than $2.50 per pax per meal. Over the past months, we have experienced significant increases in ingredient costs, packaging materials, transportation, and overall operational expenses. Despite these rising costs, we have tried our best to maintain our food quality, portion sizes, and the complimentary herbal drink served twice a week.
This adjustment was made only after careful consideration to ensure we can continue providing consistent quality and service without compromising standards.

I found Jiak Ba dishes delicious, especially their meat dishes. I liked that they provide fish/prawn dishes quite often, compared to other tingkat provider. However, I did not renew with them after the significant price hike in Jan 2026. Such a pity.
Food is tasty. Portion is good. I had a great experience with this meal. The food was not only tasty but also nutritious, making it a satisfying and wholesome option. The portion size was generous—perfect for a family of three without feeling too ... Moreheavy or too little.
Delivery was punctual, which made the whole experience even better. Everything arrived fresh, warm, and right on time.

In general, the food is not too bad but could have more variety . At times, there were 2 spicy dishes in a meal. Would be good if they can give more non spicy dishes. Can consider giving it a try if you have not ordered from this caterer before.
