This is a repeat order for me, which speaks volumes about the convenience and overall quality of this tingkat service. The absolute star of the meal, hands down, is the soup. It is consistently the highlight—always piping hot, wonderfully ... More nourishing, and deeply flavourful. It genuinely feels like home-cooked goodness every time. However, I have to point out the persistent issue with the vegetable dishes. They are reliably a bit tasteless and often lack the seasoning or punch needed to make them exciting. They really need to step up the flavour profile on the greens to match the quality of the superb soup and other main courses.

One of the few caterers that deliver lunch to my area. Food was all good with nice variety over the week. My family enjoyed the meals especially the daily soup which changes every day. Flavor-wise is just right though some dishes were a little oily. ... More The tingkat meals came well packed but my dinner was delivered in the early afternoon. However, it was easy to reheat with the microwave. Portions were also sufficient for 2 pax. Good value overall!

I recently tried tingkat from Jiak Ba first for a 5 day, then continue with a 10 day trial which just ended. The food portion ordered for a 2 pax meal is just about ok for my elderly mum's lunch and dinner as she can't eat much. Food in general is ... More fresh and arrived still warm, healthy and not too salty but some dishes lack flavour. Wish the soup flavour could be better. Also vegetable dish could have more variety instead of mostly cai sim, xiao bai cai, nai bai. So far food arrives on time daily. Thank you for your service and for the free herbal tea ?
