Great Food huge portions. Worth ordering!

The portion was a lot for 3paxs. All dishes were very yummy. The finger foods were great for kids who do not take much meat/veg. Did not know this caterer is halal as no pork was seen in any dishes. Free fruits on Friday, which are so nice. Dishes need to be heated up as foods become cold when received. Will definitely order from them again.

Highly recommended caterer with flavourful food of good valu

Our family likes the food which is tasty and of good value. We especially like it when they add garnishes like parsley, spring onions etc. as well as curry leaves which enhance the flavours.

Good portion and variety

Portion is good for 3 pax, can even fit 4 pax if you are small portion eaters. Nice that a desert was provided after every 5 days of delivery. There was however a few dishes that became bad and smelled, and had to throw it away. Could be because the food was delivered pretty early, 4pm and there were a lot of condensation. By dinner time, it had smelled sourish and definitely couldn't consume.

KCK Food Catering Pte Ltd responded25th Jul 2023 02:51 PM

Dear Joanne, thank you for your kind feedback. We are very sorry to hear your complaint about some of the dishes. We believe such cases happen because of the hot weather and the storage conditions before consumption. Please feel free to inform us should this happen again. Do visit our website www.kckfood.com and FB & IG accounts kckfood.sg to learn more about our products and promotions.

Food variety is good, at least 1 meat and 1 seafood per meal. It will be good if can let us opt out beef from the menu as not everyone takes beef. Love the free dessert or fruit on Monday 's menu.

Below the Mark, much Passion and Love needed to curate/i....

Delivery is inconsistent ranging from 2.30pm-5.45pm,although indicated able to eat early from 2pm onwards. Ingredients wise mostly chicken(roasted/grilled) or deep fried fingers. Initially soup was tasteless. No marination in fried chicken dishes. Hv opted out of dory fish, occasionally frozen seabass/toman fish slices as used in hot pot were alternatives. Vegetable dishes usually cauliflower. Daily meals can be a 'chickadee affair' for repetitive days as above in last meal...

Hi Ms Jackie, we are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We will work harder to improve on our menu, food preparation and delivery. We hope to be able to serve you again soon.
