Food portion is just right but as usual, staples always have more left overs. Would like to suggest to caterer to provide covers for the food so that it can be kept clean. Once i open the clean wrap, all the food is exposed for a good 3 hours or so. Food might get contaminated since most of the time the caters are outside the house along corridor.
