Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Order has to be placed 2-3 working days in advance.

Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation before 1st feb. The refund will be 50% of the total bill.

After 1st feb 2021, there will not be any refund.

The cancellation policies applies for all payment mode.

Customer is able to make changes (Eg: change of delivery address) before
5th feb 2021, no changes will be allowed after 5th feb 2021.

Changes to Orders
No changes will be plausible within 72 working hours. (Excluding Sat, Sun, eve of festive days & actual festive days) before the function date.

Its matron founder, Tan Swee Kim believes that her customers would be able to taste the difference when food is prepared with sincerity from the heart. Her simple theory is the foundation of Kim’s Catering success as through word of mouth and media reviews, Kim’s Catering has since become a leading Tingkat meal specialist in Singapore. With a high percentage of long-term customers, Kim’s Catering has grown into two industrial kitchen premises totaling 7,000 sq. ft. in Shimei East Kitchen. Today its mission remains the same: “To prepare and cook delicious, affordable home-cooked meals from our hearts and have our customers experience the taste of home.”
