Disappointed and frustrated -Foodline n Kim's kitchen Reviewed on 13th Oct 2017 Verified Purchase Most disappointing service from foodline n Kim's kitchen. Called foodline on Monday and they informed only Kim's kitchen delivers to my location for lunch. Despite the pricing for Kim's is $40 more than average tingkat caterers, I proceeded to order ... More since foodline was adamant only Kim's kitchen delivers for lunch and I believed them. Delivery will commence on Thursday. Tuesday, Kim's kitchen called to confirm my order, delivery address and mode of payment. I specifically highlighted lunch and everything was in order. Wednesday, Kim's kitchen called again to inform "management unable to proceed with order due to location". The reason I ordered tingkat was for my mother in law after her operation and it was not feasible for us to send her lunch as all of us are working. So suddenly at such short notice n due to some "operational reasons" they just cancelled my order. When I call back foodline, the response was appalling. Foodline claimed they were not aware of the cancellation and will call Kim's kitchen. I told the lady they have already called me but she insisted that she will call them to find out the reason and get back to me. Alas, end of the day, it was not foodline who got back to me but Kim's kitchen. And the person relayed exactly the same thing that I already knew and it made me even more frustrated. I had to call back foodline again and tell the lady I already knew the reason so why did she get Kim's to call me instead of her calling me. Again her response was like " oh you already know the reason?" Clearly it made me even more upset as there was no solution being provided throughout the whole conversation. There is lack of communication between the caterers and foodline employees. Foodline employees please buck up.
