Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.
Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
*Menu customizations are NOT ALLOWED for delivery date between 16th Feb-20th Feb 2026.
*For Set Up Buffet, a complete table setup with skirting and warmers together with a full set of disposable wares will be served. Each event function maximum duration of 3 hours.
*For Mini Buffet, food is presented in microwavable-safe disposable containers and is best consumed within one-hour upon arrival.
*Please note that buffet clearance may be delayed due to seasonal peak demand. Set-Up service to Function Rooms, or Event Venues with strict time constraints will NOT BE AVAILABLE between delivery date 16th Feb - 20th Feb 2026.
*Le Xin Catering Group reserves the right to substitute dishes with items of equivalent value without prior notice, subject to seasonal availability.
*Should any disputes arise, Le Xin Catering Group reserves the right to the final decision.
*Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of all equipment and utensils provided; Le Xin Catering reserves the right to bill for any loss or damage incurred during the event.
*Customers are responsible for verifying all order and delivery details in the official confirmation; Le Xin Catering Group Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any additional charges or errors resulting from a customer's oversight.
Full payment is required upon confirmation due to seasonal peak. No Cash payment will be accepted as mode of payment.
Cancellation Policy
*An administrative fee of $27 is applicable for any refund processed due to customer withdrawal after payment.
*Cancellation notifications must be sent via written notice at least 3 working days in advance; phone cancellations are not valid.
*Cancellations made less than 3 working days prior to the event date will incur a charge of 50% of the total order value.
*Cancellations made less than 1 working day prior to the event date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Changes to Orders
*All amendments must be finalized at least 2 working days prior to your event date, or in accordance with the timeline specified by our customer service line. We reserve the right to decline last-minute changes, and additional charges may apply to any accepted amendments.
