Good food, great value!

Was pretty annoyed by the early delivery, the guy came at 1030 am when my party was only due to start at 12 pm! Fortunately food was decent, portions generous except the vegetables and butter prawn.

Large portion. punctual. nice curry chicken. overall, nice n value for money.

Other than the curry chicken.. All other food are terrible. Asked for cold bo bo cha cha, they give lukewarm. Lemon fish is so soggy that you don't even feel like putting in your mouth. Salted prawn is not salted, simply taste weird. Luo han Zhai contain mainly cauliflower only. Not the kind I know. Very very disappointed with the food. Totally not worth it. My guest hardly touch the food. A lot of left over. Will not order from them again.

Request for 6pm delivery but only came 1.5 hr late, because the vehicle broke down as informed by the caterer. Way past the recommended eating time. Food turned out to be cold, not tasty One good thing is that the vegetable is not too salty.

Ordering Process:
Ordering through foodline was convenient and the cater got back to me in a timely manner. She was also polite and helpful.

Delivery:
The delivery man came pretty punctually. They provided more than enough utensils, plates and bowls, and even gave a bottle of chilli sauce.

Food Amount:
The food portions were good, there was enough to go around.

Food Taste:
In general the taste of the food were all pretty decent. Everyone was raving about the chicken curry.

Delivery was right on time. Portion was much more than expected. Ingredients were fresh, tasty and full of flavour. I have strong taste buds, and often find most Chinese cuisine in Singapore rather bland. But this caterer's food surely "cooked" up to my standard, not too salty not bland and the fried foods delivered still crispy and steaming hot, not soggy and cold. Very impressed.

Delivery time very punctual and staff friendly. Food portions is very sufficient and majority taste yummy except for the pork rib king - the colour is nice but the meat is not tender and hence hard to bite.

dishes that are worth trying will be Kailan w/Mushroom , Lemon Sliced Fish, Fried Rice Yang Chow

Food arriving too early for lunch. Food hard to maintain more than 3hrs
However good point is value and good service delivery. Food taste not bad.
