Food is better compared with other caterers. Delivery always on-time. Will order again. Recommend....

The food is normal only. We thought such a big brand will have high food standard but it is normal only. The food come very early at 3pm everyday.

Need to improve food taste consistently, especially for omelette, it always over cook and has burning taste.

Tried their 5-day trial, 4 dishes for 2. Generally food was good, with more hits than misses. The 4th dish is very very small quantity, like just 4 pcs of ngoh hiang or small golden moneybag.

For a company that touts to use no msg, they seem to use processed foods like cocktail sausages quite often though; in my 5 meals I had two sausage dishes, one fish cake dish. In comparison, another tingkat provider I tried for 15 days did not have a single dish with processed food.

Food quantity is good. Variety not so bad, based on 2nd 5-days trial of Asian Delight after Family Deluxe. Continuing 20-day Asian Delight after this. Hopefully can last a few more renewals.

Started trying tingkat service as saw my neighbour have been engaging lexin for quite awhile. Was in for a pleasant surprise! Food was indeed low in MSG, vegetable oil and salt, could taste the difference compared to your coffeeshop mixed rice which i normally get my meals from. Opt for the asian delight and was surprised with a mix of western and chinese dishes such as pasta, braised yam rice and mee goreng. Best part was the daily Lao Huo Tang soup, in which you could see that the soup was actually being boiled using pork bones and not out of a seasoning packet. 5/5 and would order again!

We are a regular customer with LE XIN. We like their Asian Delight Dinner package which comes with "Local Favourites" on every Wed & Fri. However, their local favourites dishes are getting VERY salty lately. Delivery services also deteriorated where you see the soup spillage which stain the tingkat external surface.

Soup is one of the favorite dishes that we liked. Variety of food in the current cycle is not too bad.

Not bad, based on 5-day trial. Portion is just nice. Trying out Asian Delight for next 5 days. Hope it's good enough for us to continue.

Very very very disappointed with this tingkat. Portion is little. Not value for money. Food is oily (do not taste like home cook food at all). Many frozen food in the menu, crab stick, hot dog etc. Found hair in one of the dishes also. Photos are taken over 3 days. Forgot to take for the other two days.
Basically every meal we ate abit and throw away. It’s really difficult for us to swallow it although wastage is not encouraged. Really cannot make it. Please do not waste your money on this.
