Delivery is on time and food taste is good. However, need to improve the food portion as it is quite inconsistent. Sometimes, the portion is insufficient for 3 pax.

Had opt out for veg but still delivered veg. dishes contain desert as 1 dish. FUNNY caterer menu. Hope to have more cooking dishes than finger food . Cooking dishes are yummy but not veg. Delivery are as early as 9.30am for lunch.

The pineapple rice is good. The delivery time was too early arrived at 9:30am while the time I put in foodline is 10:30am. The food is not hot as it is prepared at 8am.

The food taste not bad.. home cooked style.. the delivery of food came earlier n earlier, hope they can be more consistent with the timing, but overall everything is good except certain days some of the soup taste too sweet.. and the salted veggie with duck soup is too salty.. hope u can take note of this..

Food and service provided are generally good. Most of the soups on menu taste good too. However, the salted vegetable soup was way too salty. The management may wish to take note. It would also be good if the option to have tiffin carriers can be extended to those on 5-10 day package.

Bad experience forr 1st time ordered tingkat, and the dished can not make it. Few time the dishes is spoiled may be delivery too early 3pm to 4pm+, need to warm it. 3Adults and 2 kids also can't finished, have to improve the cooking skill.

Generally value for money with free delivery. The only thing is that the food items were salty and hope the caterer can take note this feedback for review.

All the foods is up to our guess standard, unfortunately the quantity of the foods *Fried Prawn roll and lemon chicken culter is so little, only can eat up to 5 guests (I already attchen the picture) hope it would happen for my next order on November

On Monday, they delivered curry dish to us even when we specified non-spicy dish (as one of their provided options). Our dad has chronic kidney disease, so he can't take anything spicy.

On Tuesday, they gave a repeated dish, i.e., two boxes contain the same Tofu dish.

Both above blunders really not a big deal at all. Just perhaps some room for improvement in terms of process/QA.

However, to our disgust, we saw an intact cockroach with a fat juicy belly in the Tofu dish, and we already eaten like 90% of the dish before seeing it. (See attached photo)

Initially didn't want to write this since they agreed to compensate by waiving off the cost for one month's tingkat. However, when we tried to renew, they blocked it off and did not accept our renewal.

Really disappointed in Le Xin Catering Group Pte Ltd. By the way, just realized they also operate in Foodline under different names, such as "Empire Food Catering Pte Ltd", and "House of Catering F&B Pte Ltd", God knows how many more...
