Our preferred tingkat caterer in FoodLine. Have ordered from LE XIN for countless time. Would recommend to others.

Soup is not as tasty as before, some are too sweet. The dishes are nice and seldom have repeated dish. The carbo should consider non spicy so that it is more for family with kids. Try to avoid fried noodle and it is soggy when turned cold.

Food taste generally not bad. We love the soup. The soup taste the best out of the few other tingkats we tried. The serving size is reasonable too. We will continue for another 10 days

I must say their food variety is really good, they did not really repeat their dishes throughout the 20 days. Food was ok, not oily or salty. However, their pork dishes, sliced pork is really horrible, tasteless and tough. They delivered wrongly once when I opted out Mondays but they extended my order 1 day. One of the days, food arrived in tupperware instead of tingkat but happened once only. Dinner was delivered at 3pm or 3plus. I will usually put in fridge and heat up before dinner. But I guess its ok since I'm home I can fridge immediately when its delivered instead of going rounds in the van.

Soup is nice. 4pm reach Jurong west area, food is cold need to reheat. Some dishes are not so nice...

This was a repeat order for second time. Missed the coffee pork rib unfortunately the taste was not as good as before. Nevetheless the service is good.

We went ahead to try the 20 days tingkat, thinking it I’ll be reliable as it’s in partnership with Lao Huo Tang... but we were totally disappointed.
Food is very oily and salty.
Delivery timing is very irregular. There was once, the delivery was so late (after 6:30pm), we had to call the caterer and when the delivery guy came, we tried to talk to him but he just dump the food n ran away.
Soup was sour twice in a row. It was so sour that we could smell it, and my mum thought it’s some salted vegetable soup. Thankfully no food poisoning as we decided to throw the food away after tasting it a little. Twice I called the caterer, offering to even deliver the food for them to try, but they just say they will investigate and check their own food in the kitchen. It’s totally useless.
Asian delight noodles was so salty, we couldn’t believe the food are less oil and less salt.
The soup mostly has thick layer of oil floating on it, there was once, it was filled with just chicken skin.
Customer service is terrible too.
I have already paid but food did not deliver as ordered on the first day.
Customer service constantly says will contact me and follow up, but neither call or email have been received. To-date, I’m still waiting for the so call email & follow up call.
Anyway in the end, we have to go for an early termination.

Appreciate that Le Xin Catering arranged the menu is such a way that chicken and pork as mains are scheduled on alternate days. Food is similar to mixed-vegetable rice from outside eateries but with delivery, it is definitely more convenient. Thank you Le Xin for the delicious complimentary muffin dessert. Appreciate the on-time delivery.

Repeated order for many times. Convenient meals especially for working adults with family. Soup was great!

This was my 3rd time ordered with this caterer. Food taste was good, not oily and delivery was always on time. However, food portion was inconsistent, sometime sufficient for 3 pax but sometime only enough for 2 pax.
