The service of Lexin Catering is good. The delivery of the tingkat come on a very standard timing around 5+pm, except a few times later than 6pm. The food that comes is a little cold, but still acceptable. The taste of the food are not bad, except dishes like french bean, cabbage or long bean are not fully cooked.

Repeat orders. still same same, economical rice style. Not for fussy eater like old folks kept saying it salty and veggie too dry.

Requested for no sotong but got sotong balls on one of the days.On the first day heat up and had my dinner at 7pm but the vegetables already turned sour so had to throw them away.And on the last day it was so late until I had to call them when I still did not received my dinner after 6.30pm and was told that the kitchen had some delays on that day.so dinner came at 7+pm with sauces leaking(last pic above) and dripping all over the floor as i carry in from the gate to the kitchen..Overall not a very pleasant experience with this caterer.

My second time ordering from this caterer.
Food is okay but inconsistent (some days have better quality food than others).
Customer service is very helpful and responsive.
It is also flexible in a sense that you can stop the delivery for any particular day, with a 1 day notice (only for the 20-day plan).
Satisfied with the time of delivery, it is consistent.
Value for money considering the price.

Food was not warm even upon arrival at 4pm. Luckily I cooked rice at home as not using microwave. Food was edible.

Decent tingkat dinner. Food is not too sweet or salty. So far, there's only a rare couple of times when it mixed up the preferred dish (e.g., non-spicy) and stuffs, but their staff handled such situations really well.

Charge $5 for container, but container came with sealed. Charge expensive but dont even have proper lid? Or cannot even re-use? And food is so salty and low quality. Pay more for Asian delight not worth it.

The food are quite tasty ..except sometime some dishes are a bit oily... overall still satisfactory tingkat with variety and provider are responsive

The menu has a good variety of dishes . It also has good portion. Just nice for a family of 2adults and 2 children. On time delivery. Value for money.

The food delivery was early when the food arrived. The soup and the dishes were really good. Will definitely order it again.
