The food is so so and the first day delivery is quite late about 6pm plus.

The food standard still the same as I order couples of years back. Not really our like, my kids don’t like it and not looking forward.

I had specially indicated no chicken dish and caterer and called me to confirm that no chicken dish will be given however soup will follow their menu which I agreed. However I still receive chicken dish on 1 of the days.

Although we are home most days, the delivery man did not even bother to ring the door bell or knock. He will just hang the food on my gate and leave. Is it that hard to give a courtesy try to knock or ring the bell to see if anyone's home?

Food portion given is small. Sufficient for us as we are not big eaters however if you require bigger portion, this caterer is not suitable for you.

My food delivery is super early - between 3pm - 3.30pm. By the time everyone is home to have dinner, its already 7ish. So its beyond NEA given best time to keep food fresh. Hope that the caterer can really be more flexible on delivery.

Some food dishes are tasty, not overly salty or oily. However there are occasional drop in standard in food quality/taste. E.g. in tonight's pumpkin rice, there are uncooked grains that are hard to chew. The extra pumpkin dish, as a compensation for the missing rice in previous day's delivery, is a lazy and bad re-use of the pumpkin theme for tonight's rice.
Comparing the Asian Delight special menu on Wed against that of other caterer e.g. Best Catering, Le Xin merely replace white rice with something else, but the 3 dishes are not special at all, just regular economical or tze char items.
I had feedback couple of times that the soup spilled from the metal tiffin carrier which was not leakproof, instead was told to put a chair outside for the delivery guy to place the tiffin on a flat surface. The suggestion was not helpful and missed the point. They are not flexible to make slight adjustment, such as having the soup in plastic container while the dishes are in metal tiffin, to use less plastic.
Instructions, feedback or suggestions given to customer service did not seem to be taken seriously by management or conveyed to the kitchen staff and delivery. Hence the continued lapse in service quality and making the same old mistakes.

Caterer customer service support is quite helpful n courteous.

The worst tingkat catering that I ever eat. Everyday there are one or two items that are bound to be differences in the menu that they prepare. No way am I ordering from them again. The vegetables are all stalks!

Portion is small compared to my previous Tingkat orders from other suppliers and too many types of vegetable served in one meal.

The caterer did not process my order on time and in the end the tingkat service started 2 days later than my requested date. I was told over the phone that the officer in charge did not process my order, no reason was given for the lapse in service. However, the officer who attended to my call promptly helped me commence my tingkat service.

I ordered for dinner and the food always arrive at about 4pm and by the time it is time for dinner, the food is always cold. the food is packed in different microwavable containers and it is a hassle to heat up the food. Would prefer if they use a bento box (for 1 pax) so it is easier to heat up the food at one go.

Taste wise, the food is quite tasty, if not for the cold food.

Not for big eaters.
