I ordered for dinner and the food always arrive at about 4pm and by the time it is time for dinner, the food is always cold. the food is packed in different microwavable containers and it is a hassle to heat up the food. Would prefer if they use a bento box (for 1 pax) so it is easier to heat up the food at one go. Taste wise, the food is quite tasty, if not for the cold food.
