Food was delivered on time. However, there were miscommunication made on the payment as well as wrong delivery of desserts. This was not informed until I clarified with them and was told that my chosen dessert were not ready and they have taken the liberty to change on their own.

Food is up to expectation. Overall satisfied with the portion and food variety :) if only they can deliver my food earlier (:instead of 7pm Everyday)

We are satisfied with the menu, after the 1st contract we've renewed 2nd contract immediately with MakanMate.

The whole process of ordering and getting the food delivered is seamless. Besides, we ordered 2 days in advance so the time for them to prepare the food is efficient. They have plenty variety of food and i would say that it taste good and it is quite tasty especially the mini chocolate eclairs which is delicious.

This caterer is on time in delivering the food. The food from this caterer is up to expectations. I HV ordered a few times from this caterer and the food is reasonably good.

Delivery was on time for this caterer. The food is good as well. I specially like the honey glazed chicken.

Most days are good and delicious, something different from what the other tingkat companies offer. most days portions are good and adequate especially with the servings of prawns. one of the not so common tingkat dishes ever tried. interesting menus

good delivery time. can chill and assured and wait for the food to be delivered by dinner time.

one that includes weekends delivery which is good except that they only offer 14days package the maximum. after that u got to renew which is abit cumbersome

abit more pricey than other tingkat packages, also considering maximum 14days package only. but better food portion and choices.

just a few hiccups at the starting, no finger foods when we omitted soup and few days later no fruits. customer service took awhile to check with packing team and delivery man. finally after few follow ups, compensated finger food on another day that she thought might not be overfilling us. extra effort for being very thoughtful. thumbs up.

Variety halal food. But small portion and relatively more expensive with the given portion. Not all day will have tingkat meal. 3 of 7 days will be smaller portion set meal.

Food was quite nice. Quantity was also adequate. they however forgot the order once and was very late on another occasion, almost 2pm to deliver lunch. Otherwise it was mostly on-time within their stipulated delivery timing. Good customer service
