Food was quite nice. Quantity was also adequate. they however forgot the order once and was very late on another occasion, almost 2pm to deliver lunch. Otherwise it was mostly on-time within their stipulated delivery timing. Good customer service

Varieties of halal food every day and they have menu to show us. However, it’s more pricey compared than others. Ever short 1 set of meal then they delivered to us again but with smaller portion. Next, they compensated us on next day with 1 pax of tingkat side dish.

Interesting menu. Wednesday is special menu like prawn mee soup. Price is a bit pricey compared to others but can consider if you willing to pay more for better quality food.

Good food and tasty. They however forgot to deliver on one of the days. Called them and they arranged for additional day to replace the missed day. Other than that, phone lines were answered promptly and email replies were fast.

Food is above our expectation, Portion is acceptable for us and delivery time is well managed at (5-7pm, close to dinner time)

Quality of food is good. Excellent customer service. This is my second time ordering tingkat dinner from Makan mate.

First time order. Food is generally tasty. Chicken rendang is yummy. Love it! Customer service is very courteous and responsible.

This caterer was late for about 20 mins. Otherwise everything is good with this caterer. The food is cook and prepare well. The dishes is not soggy and taste good.

Received good comments from my guest and they like the food. The portion was good and right size. Set up guy was very friendly and thoughtful as I have limited space and cannot accommodate 2 tables.

It's my first time ordering from Makan Mate & the overall experience from delivery to food is good. The office coordination was efficient - they called to confirm if our event will continue, in view of COVID-19 when I forgot to confirm it with them. Delivery was prompt & setup was a breeze. Delivery staff is also professional & friendly. In general, all the guests enjoyed the food & some even asked for the caterer's contact. Kudos to Makan Mate.
