Makan Mate

Food was good, however the quantity was a bit lesser than expected. Overall a good experience and I enjoyed the food

The delivery was a bit late today but maybe due to festive season. The quantity of the food is really value for money. And overall the taste of the food are all good. But the éclair is soggy.

Fuss free process of ordering. Thankful for the caterer’s initiative to check with me on certain dishes.

However, we felt the portion is too little for 30pax. Hokkien mee and rice portions are OK but the dishes are simply too little - more like for 25pax instead of 30pax.

Delivery was late by more than half an hour but lucky that we set the event timing to be later, hence guests need not wait for the food to be setup.

The Hokkien Noodle was very nice. Black pepper chicken was very moist and tender too. Not too salty - just nice!

Delivery was prompt and so was the collection time. This is my second time ordering from them and the food is good each and everytime. Highly recommend it to all!

Good call back service to confirm on order and suggestions made when order made not available. Prompt delivery and patient to wait when not ready for collection yet. Food quality is good and all feedback was happy with food!

The food from this caterer is good. I especially like the braised beancurd with crab bits as the bean curd is fresh with no sour taste. The grilled honey boneless chicken is also good. There is a lot of longan in the chilled grass jelly longan. A generous caterer.

My 1st time dealing with MakanMate from the company Pan Seas Enterprises Pte Ltd and I must say I’m totally impressed by their speedy & excellent services!
All my requests and conditions were met with a very sounding response with the best positive business attitude.
I cannot be a happier customer!
To top it off, the bento box meals were delicious! I can only see happy faces during meal time at my event even the picky kids too!
Thank you MakanMate for my successful event!

It's a value for money healthier-choice bento. However, we felt that the meat is too little (2 pcs) so we thought it would be better if there is at least one more piece, or otherwise can have 2 larger pieces of meat instead. Honey chicken tasted delightful though. But overall was at good value as it comes w fruit and mineral water.

Food was superlicious
