Makan Mate

Caterer reach around 10.40 and start setting up the table, indicated event time 11.30pm. Thumbd up to the guy who setup the table, efficient 30 mins work by one person. Overall food is amazing, mushroom soup and pilaf olive rice is the favourite. Vegetables is amazing too.

Nice food overall with generous serving for 12 pax, but what impressed me most is their service. When they run out of the oven roast turkey, immediately checked in with me if able to replace with turkey ham platter. When they got to know I do not have sufficient space in our office to do a complete buffet setup, they quickly customised it to a mini buffet arrangement to accommodate, and also fairly refunded me part of the delivery charges, as they now need to make one trip to deliver, dun have to retrieve.

It's not bad since the taste is quite healthy. Hope it could bring more variety, my parents doesn't like the food but I think it's fine as long as it's fresh

Dishes did not match menu for almost all of the days (5). Repeated dishes for at least 3 days and late for delivery.

The delivery was actually an hour late, I don’t mind it being late so long the food are good..Disappointing enough, it was a bad experience..my guests are complaining about the food.. Noodles and Chicken rendang are salty.. Vegetable already turns yellow and soggy, doesn’t look like baby kailan.. stuff sotong youtiao are hard and dry, clearly is an overnight food.. tofu not fresh and turning slightly sour.. Only the dessert and drinks are acceptable..Overall is bad wouldn’t recommend!

Taste of food was alright, although all the soups tasted similar.
But service was terrible. Ordered and paid for brown rice but never received it. Initially customer service still apologize and offered complementary dish (which tasted bad). After first 3 days, customer service didn't even bother to reply or do anything.

I am happy with overall service and food quality. Vigitte and Chris is professional and approachable. Delivery is on time. Food portion is good and yummy ????

Decent menu and good taste, but my feedback is to change every wednesday menu to be same as other day as the portion is too small and not enough for sharing.

In general we like all the dishes except the soup. Mocked meat is always used and as such the soup always taste a little sweet. Dishes are tasty but at times a little oily. Hoping to see more varieties of dishes. Portion is big. Food is delivered to us usually around 5 pm and is always hot. A few times was really early around 4.30pm.

Meals prepared was tasty. Renewed order for tingkat. Like the politeness and staff from Makan Mate. Pasta dishes are good too.
