But service was terrible. Ordered and paid for brown rice but never received it. Initially customer service still apologize and offered complementary dish (which tasted bad). After ... More first 3 days, customer service didn't even bother to reply or do anything.

Service wise, the staff on their phone line was very friendly and helpful. When they forgot my rice for one of the days, they immediately offered to make up for a dish.
