Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Orders have to be placed 3 days in advance. (Subjective to available delivery slots)

For requirements of Melamine Plates, Porcelain Tables ware & Glassware please enquire to quote.

50% deposit to be made upon confirmation.

All confirmed order will need the 50% deposit within 24 hours, otherwise we reserve the rights to cancel the order.

We reserved the rights to cancel the orders if payment is not fulfilled as per Terms and Conditions.

Please note that we are closed every Monday. If Monday falls on a Public Holiday or the 1st/15th day of the Lunar Month, we will open on Monday and instead close the following Tuesday.

Cancellation Policy
No refund is made for any cancellation 2 days before the event.

Administrative charge of $100 (W/GST $109) is applicable for any cancellation order after any payment has been made.
