Ok food. Quite expensive

Food was delivered only after calling the call centre. Curry chicken used chicken parts but not thighs, curry amount was little. Generous portion of fried rice but other dishes had pathetic serving, not sufficient for 10 people. Likelu ordering from other people in future

Will not order again, waste of money.

Firstly, driver called me 2 mins before my event and said he was unable to bring the food up to my office because his delivery truck exceeded the height limit of my building's carpark entrance, and he could not park along the road to make the delivery for fear of getting summoned. I had to personally make 3 separate trips down to the back of the office building to collect my food for the same order because I was only given a torn warmer bag which was not big enough for all the food, no trolley was provided. Driver was apologetic and had a pleasant attitude, but it was still an absolutely horrible experience. I have ordered from other caterers plenty of times and this is the first time encountering such an issue.

Secondly, the cheesy nacho was just plain inedible. The nachos were all stale and simply a waste of calories. No one touched it because it was unpalatable. The cheese was good, but the nachos are a complete disappointment. The whole tub went into the bin = food wastage.

The Chin Chow with Longan dessert was too sweet, colleagues described it as drinking concentrated syrup.

The carbo was extremely generous, 2 huge containers of QQ Gua Zai Meat Fried Rice (Veg) and 12 of us barely manage to clear 1 container = more food wastage.

Colleagues described the food as cai fan (economical rice) quality and not even like the better ones. Totally not worth it for the price paid.

Insufficient disposable cutlery was given. I ordered for 10 pax, obviously for more people but we had to order less to avoid food wastage. One of my colleagues counted 11 sets of cutleries only. I was sent scrambling for disposable cutleries from other departments.

TLDR: I will never order from this caterer again and you're better off ordering from other caterers.

Bad service, bad food. DO NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID AT ALL COST

They missed out my unit number and I called their office and handphone mobile number from sat to mon but nobody picked up or return my calls at all. End up I have to wait at lift lobby for them.
Food was supposed to come at 6.30pm but came at 5.20PM. My guests arrived at 7PM and the food was already cold. The brocoli dish with crabmeat was sour and spoilt. The squid ball dish was pathetic because the tray was huge and the squid ball so little quantity. I wrote an email to complain but nobody ever replied me. Food was for 20pax but more like for 15pax. My guests went hungry because we had to throw the vegetable dish away. Really bad service and food and I do not recommend!!!!

Terrible experience and not value for money

Food was delivered at 4 plus in the afternoon even though we indicated 6pm. By the time we consumed the food at 6.30pm, the fried rice and broccoli/cauliflower had gone rancid. The bak kwa fried rice was miserable - barely any noticeable bak kwa anyway. The fried fish was ok. Ngoh hiang was simply the type that you could buy from the frozen section of supermarkets - full of fish paste. Terrible experience and will not be ordering from this caterer ever again.

The overall expectations for the foods are really bad.

The Braised White Fungus with Broccoli and Crab Meat - the cauliflower tasted sour. We only ate some broccoli then throw it all away. The oat tiger prawn quite small and the oat stick onto the prawns. The Ngoh Hiang not so good. The roasted chicken not bad. The fruit pudding and the chocolate profiteroles tasted good.
