Delivery was on-time. food is generally good ... but maybe can reduce the sugar in the rendang going forward. Food portioning was big. fried rice needed abit more flavour. i would also suggest reducing the colouring agent in the fish to make it look less darker so it looks more applealing. the prawns were huge ! Mango sago was milky and not so sweet ... good for the older folks. eclairs were also fresh. caterer also provided plastic tongs, ladles, trash bags and table liner along with the paper plates and bowls and utensils.

As per feedback that Baked Fish with Pumpkin Cream Sauce & Roasted Whole Turkey with Cranberry Sauce not tasty as per expedite but may be individual comment. However, based on the overall comment the food & service is ok to all.

Food tasted great and my guests complimented on how nice the food is. The portion of food was perfect and for the first time I had no left overs. The cordial was a little too sweet for our liking though. Will definitely order again for our next event

The caterer was on time and setup the table perfectly. Most of the menu items are satisfactory. Vegetable Dhal looked more like Sayur Lodeh. Overall the menu and catering were good and satisfying.

The food is reasonably good for this caterer. The chicken pesto is nice. The steamed egg with minced chicken was nice too. Overall nice food.

Food is nice and portion is ok for this. Other than the mee goreng is soggy and drink too sweet, overall is good. The Mongolian Glazed Chicken and Fragrant Oat Cereal Fish Fillet are good.

The food was nice. Not the first-time order from Rilassi. Usually order just a mini buffet but this time round is more to 100 people food. The Noodle is quite a lot 2 trays. Some of my guest commented the Apple Cordial does taste the apple taste. As usual the Mini Chocolate Eclair finishes fast same goes for the Steamed Gyoza.
Appreciate next time could provide with Name tag stated vegetarian or not so our guest wont be so scared to take the food.

Spread was good, caterer and set up person reliable, able to accommodate special request to put sign indicating our company sponsored the food. Caterer even called to clarify on this request. We booked last minute but caterer able to arrange within a few working days.

Generally the food was ok, except for the beef rendang which the guests didn’t really like (a bit too dry and hard). There wasn’t any food description tags and the guests were also asking me about the caterer then I realized the setup missed out the food tags. The decoration setup can be made better (choose nicer florist) and the trays can be made more presentable by wiping away the sauces or use a food wrap to keep the sauces from spilling over the sides.

First time ordering with this catering. The staff came early to setup. Thank you! The decoration is nice too. The food smell good. Keep it up! Have a great day!
