Food delivery was punctual
All food items were warm
Food quality and taste was average
Chicken tikka masala was not chicken tikka masala
Rice, noodles and dessert portions were large. Side dishes portions were okay

Food was cold and quite a few dishes are not very tasty. Good thing is that they are able to provide the buffet within 2 days of ordering. Set up is good and delivered earlier than expected and also pricing is resonable.

Presentation could be better. A little cramp around a table which could have been spread out with another. Chicken a little tough. Potato salad was good.

We ordered for 20pax portion. Ikan Bilis Fried Rice 40pax portion, the rest of the dishes gave 12-13pax portion. This is the 2nd time we ordered from this caterer and are slightly disappointed with the food taste of the food that we have ordered.

Food arrived punctually and was good. Unfortunately no garbage paper bag was provided, instead 3 table cloth were provided instead. Requested from delivery man but was advised that garbage bag is not provided for Mini Party buffet. This came as a surprise as it was provided for all my past years CNY mini party orders with Foodline

Food was average in general.

They only provided me with 1 cambro of 18Litres worth of fruit punch for my 95 Pax orders. This works out to 189Ml of beverage per pax for a 4 hour buffet duration. To put into context. Is like 1 x Yakult bottle worth of water per pax.

The plates provided is also not enough. They expect people to reuse the plate throughout the 4 hours session.

Food arrived on time and Caterer was Responsive.

First time trying this caterer, coz it is strongly recommended with good comment. The food are generally ok, but the variety is not as wide as other caterer with the similar price range. Surprise that my ordered time is 540pm, the worker came to setup everything an hour earlier. The reason given was the food need to be warmed up by the warmer for at least 20 min to enjoy a warm food as it may turn cold during the delivery.

Setup was nice and neat. Pulut hitam was nice many guests commented that is thick and not too sweet which is good. Portion of the food was good.

It's a disaster! I would rate 0 for the food if have option. It totally ruined my daughter's first birthday!
1. The fried rice is half cooked, very terrible. My 12-year old cousin can cook better than this!
2. The mix veg (broccoli) is not fresh and we didn't know until 2nd day- we put in fridge one night and deteriorate already.
3. Delivery was later than what I ordered, and not calling/sms update for the status until we call.
4. I'm wondering why this caterer can get such a high raking, and I won't use this one anymore.
