Food is good, but pineapple fried rice not well cooked cause rice is still uncooked fully and kind of hard. quantity of food could increase a little more.

The food was delicious and it is just nice for the number of pax we ordered for, it was not too much nor too less. This is good becuse the food will not go to waste.

Overall the food are good, only the Nonya Chap Chye very salty. The menu was quite many variety for us to choose. Our colleague was very satisfied on the food but very one feedback about the Nonya Chap Chye was very salty.

The Ayam penyet from this caterer is good. The hainanese chicken rice is also nice. Overall the food from this caterer is to satisfaction.

Food was tasty and portion was generous for 3 pax. My only issue was the limited food variety. I ordered both lunch and dinner (lunch & dinner menu different) from the same caterer for 14 days.

It was usually the same type of dishes for each meal - same type of fish, chicken, vege but different flavours/cooking style. Chicken parts always the same, chopped up chicken thighs/legs. Most of the time dishes are cheap i.e. fried egg, sunny side up, potato wedges/ngoh hiang (had this for several meals). Soup dish was always vege soup and only once chicken soup.

$7.50 per pax ($23 for 3pax per meal) for the food variety is simply not worth it. I understand the price include other fees like transport, plastic containers and can accept cheaper dishes once in a while. But to have it almost every meal is not acceptable. I've feedback to the caterer about a week into the package but so far no changes, probably more portioning?

Great service, I only wish the food standard maintained. It was really nice in the first 2 weeks. I understand that tingkat caterers reserve the right to change dishes, but the entire menu did not follow at all after the first 2 weeks. There was no "international" theme and it was just plain rice and normal chinese dishes every day.

Yes, the delivery is prompt. The packing is in good condition. They provide thermo carriers to maintain the warmth of food supplied.
