Been having tingkat with them for almost a year now. Food is good. Portion is about right for my family.

Delivery came on time & setup all done within 30mins, food is pretty decent. Will consider reordering in future.

The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I also appreciate the staff who do the set up and the staff who collect the buffet—they were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth and pleasant.

The food was quite good. However the portion is not enough, which is rather embarrassing when guests that arrived late have almost no food left.
I ordered for 10 pax but the portion is probably only good for 8 pax. They should consider increase the portion. Otherwise everything else is good.

Delivery on time/hot. Buffet came with sufficient plates, desssert bowls, forks, spoons , scoops and ladles, etc.

The mixed vegetables and oat prawns were fresh. The éclair, , lemon chicken, braised bean curd, oat fish were delicious. The longan grass jelly dessert was thirst-quenching/refreshiong. Quantity OK for 10. Food - value for money. Delivery expensive at $35.

Feedback to Robert /Foodline: Suggests lowering $35 delivery during off peak periods to get more business. Foodline to help.
My last Sunday order was from Xiang - free Delivery. Now Robert for more food varieties.

It's simple but nutritious, and value for money. And they cook other staple food like noodles, bee Hoon, hor fun or Lou xu ban ( short noodles) on Tuesday and Friday. Good for my son to get used to different food.

My family and I are repeat customers of Robert Catering Services' dinner tingkat service. We really like their food!

The food arrived 10 min earlier, this was good. In overall, the food was tasty, but the food can be more tastier if it was warm. When the food arrived, we never delayed much and started eating, but the food was already liked room temperature state. Curry chicken and yam paste with gingko nuts were yummy.

The food are nice, especially the curry chicken and the Aiyu Jelly dessert,éclairs too! I love the mee siam. Good service and fresh dishes

First time order from this catering however is above my expectation. Customer service is good, set up done nicely before my schedule timing. Just that portion for vegetables can be more and will be good if Curry chicken gravy can be thicker and it will be perfect. Overall For the price is consider good.
