Robert Catering Services

My family and I are repeat customers of Robert Catering Services' dinner tingkat. We really like their food!

On one occasion, the dinner was delivered for 1 pax, which was vastly inadequate for a 3 pax order. Called for resend but caterer was unable to fulfill. This was really ridiculous as I ordered this dinner for my convenient, but this caterer provides inconvenience for my family. The issue was again the driver mixed up the order. Last contract I faced with wrong order being delivered twice and recommended for them to label the order properly so that the driver will not be confused. Asked the boss to call me but they only offer one day extension and a dish replacement for the compensation on this repeated mistake made by the driver. Enough of this saga...period.

Food was really good. Not too salty / oily. Suitable for young and old. Guests were really pleased with the food. Food came on time too, set up was really quick. Will definitely order again for future events. Probably need more plates cos we ran out mid way.

The food portion is big huge. We have more pax than the number of pax of food ordered. I super love their curry chicken! Very nice!
All the food are loved by both adult and children.
Will order from them again.

This is the second time we order from Robert for Xmas event.

Delivery was on time but cutlery were not delivered. In the end the driver delivered them almost an hour later.

Food above average, soup is one of the best. delivery is early, everything went well throughout. shall continue for more weeks

Food were great from the review of guests.

Otah was hot favourite. The rest are great too.

Lychee Punch was too sweet. Could be toned down on syrup.

Managed to request caterer to deliver it to Fort Canning as our outing is at that location. Came early and food was warm. Vegetable different for some probably coz ran out.

Setup was great.. fast and nice! Food was great. Warmers was still going strong after a few hours. Setup looks grand and pretty. About 3-4 men came together to set up together so it was very fast
