Delivery was done on time and consistent timing. Portion for 2 pax is generous as well. There were some hiccups but service recovery was good as well. I have renewed another cycle

The Tingkat experience for three people was quite satisfactory. The food was delicious, offering a good variety. Additionally, the delivery was prompt and perfectly timed. We enjoyed our meal at Foodline.

Taste good in general. Delivery for lunch is around 12~1pm which is a bit late for us. On Wed and Fri fried noodle / kway teow are served as one of dishes.

Food quality is fine and portions are reasonable for 4 pax. Delivery is early. Customer service has to improve, most of the time have to wait 2 days for an answer.

Caterer confirmed the order very promptly.

On the day of delivery, selected to be ready by 430, so caterer came around 330 to setup. Caterer changed 3 dish (2 main and 1 drink) without prior informing. From yang chou fried rice to pineapple fried rice; sweet and sour fish to thai style fish; apple cordial to fruit punch or something.

There was alot of leftover, guests mentioned it is still okay, some don't prefer as it is too heavily flavoured. Drink was very bad, taste too syrup-py. Cereal prawn became too mushy as time goes.

There wasn't any tags for the food, so we just used a marker to write on the disposable plastic sheet instead. This is something they could improve on. And also to inform customers before changing the dish last minute.

The portion of the food is big. The food was nice. My family enjoyed it. I liked the cereal prawn the most.

Not bad, most of the dishes are good, serving size is generous. Will order again, continue to maintain the standard.

So far so good. No complain from guest. Will order again for future event.

My second renewal with them and enjoyed the food a lot. Renewed it for the 3th time. Pricing is very reasonable as well.

Price is cheap as compared to other Tingkat Caterer. However food is only average. Service not so good as need to call them every Monday to send you menu. Sometimes call many times, plus message and whatsApp but not sending and no reply at all.
