Robert Catering Services

Overall my family is happy with Robert Catering. The food is consistent in terms of variety, taste and good portion. Keep it up, Robert Catering!

Taste was acceptable but not exceptional. Pineapple rice was tasteless too. Price is reasonable though

Food was up to my satisfaction though The delivery was late for me on several days. Hope this portion could be improved.

Portions are small, not enough for mum who has smaller appetite. Ordered 4 dishes but was given 3 dishes 1 soup. Continued to receive 3 dishes 1 soup even after I informed them about the error. Informed them again about wrong order and also that the soup container broke and all soup came out, nothing to drink. They never replied but gave us the correct 3 dishes 1 soup after. Some dishes on the 30day plan are tasty. Soup usually 2 small chicken pieces

Food was a little salty. But yam paste was great arrived on time. Third time ordering from caterer. Affordable price but portion is a little small do give allowance for big events

Food is of good and consistent quality. have been supporting this vendor for quite sometime and will continue to do so foodline

Requested to skip meals but still receive the dinner delivery on 2 occasions. This was a repeated mistake by the caterer since my last contract with them and they promised to make good the communication within the kitchen. I am half hope to gain any improvement after several encounters with them and half suspect this may happen for my cancellation for tomorrow. Overall, the food quality is of acceptable at this price point, but the variety can be better, and portion can be more for 2 pax order.

Really like the tingkat service. Have been renewing it for many months already. Food taste is generally good. Portion is big as well

No complains on the taste, in fact every dish tasted good. However food portion was pathetically small, caterer informed it was 1-2 pieces of each dish per person, but every food piece was really tiny. Guest commented chicken was swimming in curry gravy, fish pieces were small and dry. Even the bee hoon were loosely packed, only the rice portion was decent. Complained and received additional food an hour later, but half the guest had already left.

Food was good. The set up person was nice and friendly too. Even called in to say was in a traffic jam, even though it was way early the delivery time.
