Food came earlier and they forget to pack fuel to warm up my food. But the delivery guy went to nearby supermarket to buy for me.
The food portion wise is very little and Bee Hoon is tasteless.

Admin side can be better managed as my request to skip meals on certain dates, the dinner still deliver on that very day. On one occasion, the dinner didn't arrive, but that day supposed to have my dinner. Very confusing management for skip meals process. Food tasted salty on many occasions and received charred egg dish on one occasion. Although complained was well received but the management promised to compensate one dish for the incident did not take place. In view that my order request no spicy and seafood, I have received numerous "happy meal" as a substitute. Not sure why this kind of standard this caterer is trying to show. The comms channel with the caterer can be better improve too.

Food delivery just in time for Lunch , it steam warm for my family's to eat after kids come back from school.

Portions are small, not enough for mum who has smaller appetite. Ordered 4 dishes but was given 3 dishes 1 soup. Continued to receive 3 dishes 1 soup even after I informed them about the error. Informed them again about wrong order and also that the soup container broke and all soup came out, nothing to drink. They never replied but gave us the correct 3 dishes 1 soup after. Some dishes on the 30day plan are tasty. Soup usually 2 small chicken pieces

The delivery of food came early and the set up was great, the food in general was good but the biggest disappointment was the portion of the prawn and fish dishes as it was totally insufficient for 30 pax: based on the picture shown-only 1 person has taken 2-3 pieces of the prawn, the remaining pieces was abt 30-40pieces and how can 1 person take 1 piece of prawn/fish ?!?! so the portion shld be enough for each person to have at least 2-3 pieces, so we had to order more food elsewhere :-/

Repeated order, food taste is acceptable. Delivery timing varies, sometimes early sometimes late~~~~

Food was generally ok, except for a few dishes. the prawn was horrible, unfresh and completely stick to the skin.

food usually arrives early at around 10.30am, except for 1 day which arrives close to 2pm.

First time ordering this Tingkat dinner from Robert Catering. Customer service over WhatsApp is not very responsive. Received two seafood dishes (LaLa/Sotong ring) on two occasions although I have highlighted no seafood for my order. On the third day of my order, received a message from caterer that the vehicle broke down and no dinner will be delivered for that very day. This incident caused much inconvenience to make alternate arrangement on our dinner. Have informed to cancel dinner on a few days but received the dinner delivery on 2 occasions despite no dinner is expected. This has caused food wastage on the 2 occasions. Overall, this caterer has much room for improvement in terms of communication and alternate vehicle in the case of vehicle broke down situation. Food wise is of acceptable standard at this price point.

Food taste is fine.

What I not satisfied is that my order was for 3 dishes and one soup. However, I usually got was only one meat with two vegetables.

Ordered for dinner but food was mostly delivered before 2pm, way too early and left to turn bad or some dishes will turn slimy. Tried to feedback but I think it’s hard to change what time they will prepare the food in the kitchen even if they can deliver later. Food is mostly too too salty and with processed food. Soup was also salty and not tasty. The veggie dish quality is bad, veg is not fresh, for eg. beans has turned black at the edges, not healthy to consume. There are definitely better options out there like Kim Paradise Tingkat that is only slightly more expensive but their food quality and taste is far more superior. Unfortunately they don’t deliver to my location which leds me to continue my search for a suitable Tingkat. Will not order from Robert Catering again…
