The food is alright , but the service of the caterer is needed to be improve.

At the day of event was at 5p.m the driver forgotten to bring the 15x stool that i have ordered ended up the stool was re-deliver at 6p.m but eventhough re-deliver of stool , the quantity they send is 10x only .

Eventually i called the carter on that day and mentioned on this issue , they mentioned that they will refund my stool $$ , but eventually no one bother to contact me or do the refund of stool to me.

Till date stool refund is not refunded.

If the item is very crucial to the event , i think whole event will be screwed up.

Overall was satisifed with the food. Except the lunch was almost reach the end of the timing 1.30 pm, then it is delivered. Would like to have earlier at the most 12.30 pm.

Delivery time not consistent - sometimes later than 7 pm and at times around 4 pm. Also, wrong orders received on a few occasions e.g. came once without ordered rice, came once without soup.

Curry is the best among my order. Solid taste not watery. Bee Hoon not oily or dry nor all stick together.

Meat dishes are limited as caterer is halal-certified. Not much green vege dishes too. Also no weekly menu to know what dishes we are getting for the day.

Came 1hr late. The hotline was responsive but we were all hungry. And caterer missed out one prawn dish. i hope a refund will be made.

Party start 7pm and the food only reach to me at 8.40pm everybody sit there hungry waiting for food and it comes out portion too little for 10pax. Keep calling contact person but can’t give u an exact timing when the food going to reach and only can waiting for it. Until 8pm the contact person say boss will give us discount of 50% on this mini buffet due to the late delivery and feel so sorry with it, but 3 days had passed there is no body to contact us, anyway we not interested on it too so no problem, food taste is good but will think twice for next order thanks

Ready to serve timing was 630pm, food eventually arrived almost 7pm. Customer service personel was hardly responsive, when contacting alternative number, staff just redirect to the first unresponsive person. Food was very little in quantity and not up to standard. Beehoon was stiff dry and hard to chew. Wheat prawn batter too thick and hardly was there any prawn. I added on extra pax and paid for it. Upon counting the food, it seems like it was only meant for before add on. The pics from my review are original without anyone eating/touching them yet. Ordered 12 pax worth of things, add on was not included in invoice. Quantity really miserable. This is my first and probably last time ordering from Robert catering.

Ordered for min 30 pax. However, the quantity of food and drinks certainly not enough to feed 30.

Delivery crew were friendly but late by half an hour to collect the food trays.

Decorative flowers not presentable.

First and last time i will order from them. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

Ordered the Trial 3days Tingkat dinner to try when I only received food for the 1st day. to my disappointment, I must say they are unprofessional and goes MIA without prior notice. I ordered food for my children, but in the end this happens.

Below is what i encounter:

2nd day around 5pm, the food have not received. Called to check they said the Kitchen has some issue this noon and has been fixed. food is on the road. Still can tell me that the website stated clearly that dinner is from 4-6pm and hang up my phone abruptly.

So fine I waited. close to 6pm, food still not arrived. This time they get the driver to call me. Driver said the delivery guy is first day and ask me to be patient.

3rd day, totally no calls and no delivery. don't even want to pick up my calls anymore.
