The food arrived 10 minutes early and was neatly packed. Tasty, well-portioned meals and a smooth, hassle-free catering experience overall.

The delivery was on time. The food selections were good, price is economical for 8 dishes, with much thoughts from caterer to include packet drinks , dessert ( 2 types: almond jelly with longan and eclair). Food were enough for 15 pax to share.

My family and I are repeat customers of Robert Catering Services' tingkat service. We really like their food!

The food was tasty, not too salty. Presentation is also nice. Delivery staff was very friendly. Just a little note, one of the bento has a very big piece of chicken neck instead of nice chicken meat.

The delivery is on-time. Food are well packed and no spillage. Taste great on all items, just that the portion of yam paste is on the small side.

The curry chicken was extremely salty, it seemed like the chef accidentally added too salt into it when cooking. My guests were unable to eat it and we had to throw it away. We have feedback to Robert Catering about it and they said that they will get back to me but didn't.


We didn't know that they DO NOT provide insulated bags for the food unlike other caterers. Hence, note that you have to bring your own insulated bags if you are not planning to serve it immediately.

Food is simple, tasty and balanced in nutrition. The portion is just nice. Actually can reduce amount of rice for me.
