The food pretty good but service need to improve. Encountered a few issues however they never reply.

Food was reasonably tasty, although some dishes were too salty. Overall acceptable, delivery was ok too.

Food was ok, on occasion certain dishes were good. For one of the day, the black minced pork was good.

Repeated order. Delicious & good variety.
Response fast.
Vegetables are soft, suitable for elderly.

I ordered for dinner, but the food came at 3 to 3.30pm, which is very early for me.
by the time when I ate dinner it is very cold.

Food portion sometimes is generous sometime is not enough. But the food taste is good. Hopefully can be more generous in serving.

I rather caterer spend more effort in cooking the dishes and trying them before delivering to us rather than decorating dishes with the flowers.. the lo han vegetables and curry chicken both signature is horribly salty, we even poured away the gravy and try to lighten it with water but it is still way too salty which was thrown away eventually.. cereal prawn with so pathetic amount of cereal tt I wouldn’t call it cereal prawn, Hong Kong noodles is a tad salty too although I specifically reminded caterer “less salty” for the dishes… the rest of dishes is edible but nothing to rave abt, sambal beancurd is merely deep fried beancurd stir fry with sambal sauce, fried rice looks unappetising too… was nagged by my mum and grandma for ordering this and it really spoilt my day and bday occasion..

So far, Robert Catering provides one of the best and most consistent food I have eaten. Decent food, an option worth considering.

The food was satisfactory. I liked it. They tried to be innovative with one particular dish - a mixture of ngoh hiang and crabstick. I thought it interesting but slightly weird, though kudos for the creative attempt. We have tried 4 tingkat service providers so far, and it's at 3rd place.

I didn't receive my food on the first day. It turned out that the delivery was made to the wrong address. Service recovery was rather prompt - they replaced the missing service by providing us dinner the next day.

I'm also particular about timing of delivery. Living in the Sembawang/Yishun area, I received the food around 11.30am, which is just nice for us.

Healthy home-cooked fare for dinner. Food is great and value for money. Special request was also accommodated.
