Food was still nice, I liked it. Administratively, service was not as prompt as the 1st time I ordered. Menu and invoice were sent over together once the order was confirmed. It was v fuss-free the 1st time round. But I had to ask for the menu in ... More the 2nd week. And chase twice for the invoice in the 3rd week. It's not really serious enough to be a dealbreaker. I'll still recommend them and will still order from them in the future. But not next week.

Really nice food. A little more pricier than others but I like the unique menu. We had an "Indian Style Chicken Soup" once which was more delicious than I expected.

Relatively new to tingkat delivery - only started in end July. So far, I've tried 5 services and this was the one that I was enthusiastic enough to order again.

Compared to others, I find the food on the menu rather unique and delicious. I'm ... More okay to pay that dollar or two extra per meal for a more special menu, and find myself gazing the night before, anticipating lunch tomorrow.

Also, the whole lunch bundle is heavier than other caterers. I also like it that the vegetable portion is always filled to the brim. Personally, I want to up my vegetable intake so I'm delighted about this.

We order for 2 pax and visually, it always seems like a lot. But because I love the food, my appetite expands accordingly and it ends up just nice for both of us.

Food was delicious and portions were generous. But we're not ordering from them again because the packaging does not work for us. My meal partner and I are WFH and we have different meal timings. The packaging is sealed rather than a plastic ... More cover. The former works for most people but because we eat at different times, the moment we peel the seal, the food is exposed. Even if we "half-peel" the seal, it would dip into the food so it's a hassle and a deal-breaker for us.. If they change the packaging, we would order from them... They do have the metal tinkat carriers but need to order for 20 days but we like the flexibility of short-term services.

The food was satisfactory. I liked it. They tried to be innovative with one particular dish - a mixture of ngoh hiang and crabstick. I thought it interesting but slightly weird, though kudos for the creative attempt. We have tried 4 tingkat ... More service providers so far, and it's at 3rd place.

I didn't receive my food on the first day. It turned out that the delivery was made to the wrong address. Service recovery was rather prompt - they replaced the missing service by providing us dinner the next day.

I'm also particular about timing of delivery. Living in the Sembawang/Yishun area, I received the food around 11.30am, which is just nice for us.
