Excellent service and prompt delivery. Food is always still warm when delivered and good variety of menu.

Food delivery timing is inconsistent, some days as early as 10am and other days at 12.30pm. Food is decent but the actual day dishes is different from the menu 25% of the time. E.g. Braised bean curd with mushroom dish comes without mushroom at all. Understand changes are unavoidable but the rate seems a bit high compare to other caterer I use. These needs to be work on.

I ordered 20days before started HBL , the food not salty and no MSG taste. Now I renewed the order after first batch completed

Food is average. Portion is quite small for some dishes. Soup comes with chicken almost everyday. Chicken meat is the main stay almost everyday. Can have more variety for protein. Delivery was fine except for the occasional spillage.

Food came in small containers as compared to other caterers, for 1 pax portion..
Every Tue and Fri has special Stable food to replace plain rice..

The food is not so oily. The only disadvantage is the menu is not follow closely to the preplan menu.

Sometime the vege is salty and sometime it is tasteless.
The meal doesn't really suite the taste of my family.

The dishes were tasty in general and we like the special carb dish on tue and fri. Definitely will recommend to those who are looking out for less boring menu.

Food delivery times can be inconsistent, more of being late, i think maybe my place is bit ulu. Food quality is slightly below average.. Sometimes some food items do not smell and taste fresh, i think due to food being cooked too early and kept too long.

Food portion was small for 2pax (especially on first day).
Would be better if delivery person could just ring doorbell before leaving.
Not sure why there are no pork dishes.
