It was good and of quality. portion is big. tried out a trial to make and and wouldn't mind renewing.

Food was ok, but presentation and taste could be better. Portion was quite small for two pax. Delivery timing was consistent. Customer service representative was polite and helpful, but could improve on promptness.

Do not like the taste of the dishes, but everything else is fine, delivery time is on time, service is good.

Food delivered very early around 3ish pm, we eat dinner at 6.30pm. Portion sometimes not enough to share. Need to have more varieties and remove dislike dish based on customer review.

First time trying tingkat. Food was ok, soups are flavourful, but on at least 2 occasions, the egg had egg shells in them. Last day of tingkat, the taste of stir fry vegetables does seem a bit of sour-ish/spoilt, seems not very fresh. The caterer can improve on dish combinations, if all the dishes same colour, do you think Singapore, a country with rich food culture will appreciate it?

Decent tingkat offering with delicious food. Quantity would be good for small eaters. Overall, quite satisfied with the order.

Have been ordering from ROBERT CATERING for many months. Their COMBO MENU is the main reason we keep ordering from them.

pro is about the veg dishes - considerably more variety compared to other caterers. meat/fish/prawn dishes are decent.

Dishes were of good quality and savoury but the portions were small . Delivery timing was consistent and the customer service staff called to confirm order which is a first out of all the Tingkat operators that I have tried.
