Dishes was decent and nice , the delivery is just right on time. However portion is quite little only mean for small eater.

The food is actually not bad. Not too salty. I will order from them again and also recommended my friend!

Really value for money. The frequency of menu rotation not bad. The deliver early too.
The vegetables always had mushrooms n baby corn in them, not stingy.

We like that the food is still warm on arrival and reaches us between 11am to 12pm. However, food portions are to little even for light eaters like us. A lot more processed food used compared to other providers. Internal processes need improvement e.g. slow response from customer service, no time stamp on food until we asked for it, no weekly menu provided, delivery cancelled at short notice without valid reason.

Food was delivered on the agreed timing, it was mostly tasty and not too salty. There are a variety of food daily.

Food portion was alright; food taste so so; delivery timing was good then, as it is not too early or late. The food was still warm after every delivery.

First time order and waa very happy that all my family members also enjoyed the food and soup. Portion was consider better than the rest of the caterers.

Value for money. The food is usually delivered in the early PM, so you will need to heat up using microwave. The taste is ok but price is one of the cheapest. Would recommend for value for money.

Now into 2nd month of Robert Catering, Food has been consistent, fresh, a good variety, soup was good nothing too complicated, everything packed nicely and neatly. Service has always been responsive and pleasant even during weekends.

I liked that the lunch tingkat has some variation of carbohydrates on Tuesday and Fridays. So I don't have to eat plain rice everyday. Food is good as usual, just a tad bit oily for some dishes, otherwise all is good!
